MyHospitul Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before signing up on MyHospitul.
By accepting this agreement, you promise not to use MyHospitul products or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by the laws guiding your region of residence.
By choosing to use MyHospitul, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1.0 General Agreement
1.1 Intellectual Property
Every feature in this software is a property of MyHospitul Team and MyHospitul reserves the rights to update and or change the current features of the application without your prior consent.
1.2 Data Protection
MyHospitul is a highly secured application, none of your details is shared with any third-party application or user without your permission.
1.3 Registration
Note that an account once registered on MyHospitul, cannot be deleted. All registration details will remain in our database whether or not the account is active.
1.4 License Payment
Payments for MyHospitul licenses cannot be revoked after they have been processed. There will be no refund of money or cancellation of license.
1.5 License Termination
MyHospitul reserves the rights to terminate or block your account access at the end of your billing cycle. You will be notified through email at least 7days prior to the expiration of your current subscription. For continued access, you may renew subscription or purchase another license.
MyHospitul also reserves the rights to terminate your subscription without refund if it is found that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement and have failed to cure the breach within 48hrs.
1.6 You agree not to use MyHospitul to abuse, intimidate or impersonate any MyHospitul user.
2.0 Users (Patients)
2.1 Medical Records and Details
You agree that MyHospitul will have access to all your stored medical records and details.
2.2 Medical Appointment
You agree to give MyHospitul access to every medical appointment made with a doctor on the platform including all the comments and diagnoses made during the appointment.
2.3 User Protection
You agree not to use details of your doctor or hospital as a means to impersonate, abuse or harass the doctor or the hospital. Agreeing to this means that if you are found guilty, MyHospitul will block your account access until the breach has been cured and all concerned parties, satisfied.
3.0 Doctor Users
3.1 Medical Appointment
You agree to give MyHospitul access to every medical appointment made with a patient on the platform including all the comments and diagnoses made during the appointment.
3.2 User Protection
You agree not to use details of your patient as a means to impersonate, abuse or harass the patient. Agreeing to this means that if you are found guilty, MyHospitul will block your account access until the breach has been cured and all concerned parties, satisfied.
4.0 Hospital Users
4.1 Medical Appointment
You agree to give MyHospitul access to every hospital medical appointment made between a patient a doctor on the platform including all diagnoses made during all the stated appointments.
4.2 User Protection
You agree not to use details of your doctors or patients as a means to impersonate, abuse or harass them. Agreeing to this means that if you are found guilty, MyHospitul will block your account access until the breach has been cured and all concerned parties, satisfied.
5.0 Billing and Payments
MyHospitul helps patients to pay medical bills to the hospital which they have had an appointment with.
MyHospitul also allows hospitals to receive medical bill payments from their patients and sends the received money to the hospital bank account.
5.1 Banking Data Security
MyHospitul uses Advanced Encypton System to protect every card details and account details registered on MyHospitul, we take extra measure to follow all PCI Compliance regulations to ensure that our users data are not open any third party.
5.2 Banking Data Sharing
MyHospitul does not share your banking details with the hospital, neither do we share hospital details to patient and as such no user have access to the other's data.
MyHospitul does not store the details of your card on our server, we store the encrypted data.
5.3 Third Party Security
MyHospitul Banking Authentication is secured by Okra.ng backed by CBN regulations.
5.4 Direct Debit and Credit
Accepting MyHospitul Terms gives us the leverage to debit your account when you pay for medical bills, review this carefully before accepting during authentication.
Accepting MyHospitul Terms also give us the ability to credit hospital's account when receiving medical bills.
5.5 MyHospitul Charge
MyHospitul will automatically deduct a charge for using MyHospitul Pay platform to receive medical bill payments from patients.
MyHospitul may modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without your consent. Details of the agreement and any changes made may be found on our website and on the application about page.
